You honestly think there is no hype for this film? Come on clown. I’m surprised how many down play this film here 😂. It’s not no way home hype but it’s still getting ticket sales and talk.

I swear if this movie is a hit and everyone here begins to like it then I’m going to laugh.
It has the same snout of hype as joker.
i honestly think that’s what’s going to happen

The marketing is focusing too much on the Batman and Catwoman romance. Nobody cares about that. No wonder there's no hype for this film. Funny, after years of artsy films, Pattinson becomes a real actor only to be in another big movie where he's being sold as a romantic lead. 😆
What classes as hype these days? Avengers Endgame levels of hype? Will never see that again. I've seen plenty of hype for this over here and especially on Twitter. Not sure what's happening in other parts of the World.

Not seeing anything silly or goofy? It's a cool scene between Batman and Gordon.

Maybe he punches Gordon to make it appear that Batman and Gordon are not working together, therefore protecting Gordon from the suspicions of the corrupt cops on the Penguin's payroll? As always, we will have to wait for the movie to find out the context of this scene.

Looked typically batty to me. Nothing wrong with it.

Exactly/ There are times in the comics (specifically those set in the early days of Batman's career and his relationship with Gordon is still uneasy) where Batman has to take steps to try and distance himself from Gordon as they try to rat out corruption in the GCPD.

Seeing as this movie is set during that early period, I see nothing wrong with this scene.

the run and the punch would work as a comedy with a laugh track

And the same goes for us that are unimpressed. If this does in fact turn out to be the turd I feel it looks to be, then us naysayers will be laughing at all you excited hopefuls that were, yet again, let down by DC/WB...

:duff

But for me, either way, I'll still be waiting till it hits HBOMax for free before I watch. Too many fanboys lie to protect their feelings. As do the pathetic reviewers always afraid to give an honest opinion for fear from being blacklisted from upcoming premiers and events. The shills. :lol

If this movie sucks my salinity level will go over 9000!

I'm optimistically hyped.

If this movie sucks, I don't know how I will ever trust any of my own thoughts or feelings again!
If this movie sucks, I won't be surprised given the track record. But based on limited information, I currently think I'll enjoy it.

There isn't much to go by. I like what it seemingly isn't (Snyder-style), and I'm curious as to where they'll take the story. I like some of the stylistic beats. I have issues with some of what I've seen but need to see the whole film as even the things I hate (bulletproof Bat, Sock Puppet Catwoman) have yet to turn me off the whole thing.

Again, exactly;

joss whedon is an ***** and that hulk scene is meant to make normies laugh.
avengers is for babies and families

isn't this movie supposed to be ultra realistic and ultra serious ?
batman running looked and felt like the 60s batman when he ran

And Colin Ferrell's Penguin snorting and hollering that "he got him" like he was channeling Danny DeVito's Penguin, only for the "Batmobile" (just a black muscle car) to come driving out of the flames. Whoa. Never saw that coming. Never been done before. It's so dark and edgy and dark and full of edge, I think I just might cut myself on the edge of this movie.

So edgy.

Somewhere out there DiFabio just went…

whoa whoa whoa way more than a “black muscle” car friend, this mad man somehow grabbed up a camaro, gto and charger, slammed the frames and bodies together and then somehow fit a big block v10 in the rear.
