Why do so many people NOT want this to be good?

I would love another great Batman movie to stand with Batman '89 and TDK... and without a Joker.

After that, I would like a truly great Star Wars movie, a truly great MCU movie and a truly great Bond movie.

It's 2022 and HT still making Nolan stuff. If the Batman film is a hit, then I suspect there will be a Pattison 2.0 and 3.0 in the next 5 to 10 years. If the film just comes and goes, then who knows. HT made a bunch of BB and TDK Batman figures, or so it seems. Even Battfleck got several figures. HT seems to be into reissuing stuff now too, so yeah, I doubt that the Patt Bat will be a one and done deal for HT. In fact, they might even improve it with a 2.0.


Maybe. It would suck if Joker gets a sequel and HT makes the sequel Joker instead, unless the costume and paint are the same. It probably won't.

Yeah, fair point there. Might as well wait and see what the sequel suit looks like. Get the new characters first. I've found that waiting's the hardest, but also most logical, thing to do with HT.


Who knows? I'd take any Phoenix Joker figure. It'd be pretty wild if they made a DaFoe Joker as well. He said he wants to be in the sequel and play an imposter. It'd be great to have both him and Phoenix back-to-back. And I'm not even that big of a Joker fan. I think I'd put them in my Movie Shelf though, next to Bateman and the such; Ledger's just fine for my Bat-Shelf Joker (hurry up and do put 3.0 up for PO already HT).

Bale is smart. He'll find their weaknesses and proceed to use the same attack that didn't work until it does.

I must admit back in 2007/2008 seeing the first promotional picture of Heath Ledger as the Joker.

I hated it and thought nothing but negative doom and gloom thoughts for the sequel.

I was able to catch the movie on opening night. Boy, did I learn a lesson. It was one of the best movie experiences of my life and Ledger owned that character in a category with Robert Duvall in Lonesome Dove, Geena Davis in The Accidental Tourist and Louise Fletcher in One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest.

I am hopeful for a good Batman movie and a great one would be even better. But I won’t know until after I see the film.

I don't know about that. I have no interest in any of it. Riddler looks kind of cool as long as he come with the riffle.

Batman, I like the outfit. Not sure I want a figure tho.

I can't keep buying Batman figures. Keaton is tempting because we might get an updated version of the Returns costume and cowl.
