I loved it, but I think it's really hard to compare to the Nolan films. Was really interesting to see Batman as a symbol of hope.

anyway the movie is to long and the damn car was annoying 2/10

No but seriously the film was very long , but I didn’t care I loved it. The feel and atmosphere of the movie is great. It’s cool to see an inexperienced Batman but also cool to see a Batman use who smarts .

loved everyone. Definitely getting the hot toys figure. I think it beats no way home only cause it’s a Batman movie you always wanted. It feels like the animated show.

I really hope that person at the end in the cell isn’t who I think it is.

hope they bring on more 8.5/10. Still not better than the dark knight but close for me. Just a tad to long but still a damn fine good movie .

Opening LESS than BvS, TDK and TDKR

I can see that all three of them are sequels and the first was a very first crossover.

I haven't seen it yet (tomorrow is the day!), however the current IMDb score is 8.7/10 from 60k ratings (and these ratings trend down), while TDK is 9.1/10 from 2.5m ratings - the general consensus is that TDK is better.
I'm one of those crazy people who like BB more than the TDK, so taste is subjective.
It seems that The Batman is a great movie and I am looking forward to seeing it and then deciding if I like it enough to get the Hot Toys figure.

Easier to compare to Nolan than the others though. Nolan and Reeves are the best for ultra-realism, Snyder for fantasy while still grounded in reality.

Objectively this and TDK are the top 2, subjectively for me as a comic nerd I still prefer the Snyderverse and Affleck's portrayal (and hardware).

(And I now have serious preorderer's remorse for HT's Kilmer Bats, as he slips further down my rankings.)

It was cool but limited with the suit and him making mistakes, definitely felt like a year one movie he’s just getting started. But goodness those Easter eggs lol.

Stretched credibility a little when he was unconscious in a room full of hostile cops and wasn't instantly unmasked.

I didn't. It all felt right for Year 2. Spring loaded grapple guns on his forearms was pretty clever. I did like the eye cam, although that exceeded the tech of everything else he had. His Man of Steel armor sure wasn't underwhelming lol.

The part about Bruce's mom being an Arkham is from Earth one comic that whole storyline about his dad campaign trying to be mayor was from the same comic only they are killed by penguin as he too was running for mayor. The corruption angle is also from that comic ,and year one, long Halloween of course.
