The wal-mart thing is sick. Like anything at wal-mart is worth plowing someone down and killin' them. people are depraved! I was WALKING- not running down the isle of target this morniing and someone pulled an empty cart in front of me and took off, like im goona chase after them and take something they want? I don't get it. I don't think Im gonna do it next year, people are too awful. It's okay, I'll just shop online instead.

Instead of going out today, I went onto Amazon.com and got about half of my shopping done. So I would highly recommend that for next year. It was really a nice change for once. You're right about the in-store madness. It gets way out of hand sometimes. And then there's the traffic....

Cyber Monday goes on every year today, its the online version of Black Friday. Last year SSC had two offerings for Cyber Monday. Apparently this year they've skipped it.

Surprisingly not a lot of etailers are doing Cyber Monday as in year's past....the list at cybermonday.com looks smaller than last year.

I saw some news item saying that there wasn't going to be a Cyber Monday for many, because all of the deals would last for far longer than just one day. . .but personally, I'm not seeing all these great deals. Despite the economic funk, it seems like the deals this year are actually worse that what we've had in the last couple of years, based upon what I've seen.
