However apparently BW has already said Rocky is not the next announcement and HT may still has the Matrix license.

HT did Rocky way back, but I think the character deserves a proper, more detailed figure(s). I'd be interested in a Rocky III or Rocky IV version, preferably the latter.

They did say in one of their more recent Q&As (maybe two years ago) that they were working on new Rambo and Rocky figures. Who knows if they've still got the license or if they even have any plans of making those figures. I doubt the latter, certainly.
