Seriously? That's all?

I think this is complete, but to be honest, I'm not even sure anymore...

The Hobbit Blu-ray combo Steelbook (Amazon.co.uk exclusive - on order)
The Hobbit Blu-ray combo (Best Buy exclusive with alternate slipcover - will pick up on release day)

That's probably it for The Hobbit... till the Extended Editions hit.

And before someone says something, I'm not collecting much these days besides blu-rays, and all those Hobbit editions put together, is still 1/3 the price of a deluxe version Hot Toys figure!!! :nana: :rotfl

That's more than I knew about. I love Middle-earth but I'm not gonna get everything like that. :lol

Dang Walmart and Vudu!!! It would only let me redeem one copy of the Hobbit preorder under my Vudu account; I had to create two more accounts just to make sure they shipped the digibooks to me for the other two preorders! They never took into consideration that someone might preorder more than one??? :slap

I hope to get to WM this weekend assuming the roads are better. I want all 3 of those mini 3D posters but I'm only buying 1. The others will come via eBay.

I've been searching eBay since yesterday, trying various keywords, and I can't seem to find a single 3D card by searching! I know someone has put one up... just impossible that no one has, but I can't find one to save my life! :rotfl

Depending on price, I wouldn't mind another set, but I'll help you out first (since I already have one set) and let you know if I see them anywhere for sale.

I don't know if it means anything, but I wanted the Thorin pre-sell card for The Hobbit from Walmart and I had to go to 3 Walmarts to find one. The other two were out of him. So, either there's less of those, or that is the one people are getting.

I got my WM one today as well. They had plenty of all three and I went with Gandalf. I did think about just getting them all but I'd rather just buy the other two cards. The featurettes are pretty cool and I hope once the movie comes out they'll allow you to DL them since for now you can't.

Hi Lonnie:wave I saw over at bluray.com (and here now too) that you set up two more accounts. I just set up one for myself but I have to set up eight other accounts for other people. Do they let you use the same email address and shipping address?

I bought 7 copies yesterday but only opened the one just in case this doesn't work out

Thanks Lonnie!! Much appreciated. I am gonna have to try eBay to get the Lego mini fig as well.

Keep an eye on eBay Josh, they have finally started to turn up! The presell cards are already gone from my local Walmarts, so I'm glad I grabbed all three when they came out.

You have to use a different email address for each account. I fortunately had two I could use, but if you don't, just setup some accounts at gmail, hotmail and yahoo.

I got GTG this weekend and Chien is sending me Thorin. Just have to get Bilbo now. I did see some still sealed show up but nothing cheap enough just yet.

This morning, the only "card only" listings were two for Gandalf and set of all three. One Gandalf started at $3 with a BIN of $6 and free shipping... I scarfed that one up! The other Gandalf started at $5 with a BIN of $8... from the same seller I think. The set of three started at $20 and (IIRC) had a BIN of $40... but the seller didn't make it clear whether the Vudu codes were included or not, so that might have been a great deal for someone. The only other listings I saw were for the complete unopened cards with the Vudu code to get the digibook, all at about $45, or almost twice the Walmart price.

I'll keep an eye open for Bilbo for you, and I'm looking for another Thorin and Bilbo for my second set, but I'll take back seat on the Bilbo till you get yours. :wave

I'd like to get all three as well but I don't want to buy three copies of the movie.

Edit: Just got a Gandalf card. Just need Bilbo.

Let's mud wrestle for one, Josh! :lol

Are they really that sought after or hard to find? I saw lots of them (all 3) in my local WalMart 2 days ago.
