"Logan Noir?"

I thought the B&W version was supposed to be reminiscent of classic Westerns like Shane and Unforgiven...

Yeah seriously what the hell is it with this Noir crap on a western inspired movie.

Nolan now regrets not releasing TDK Noir.

Plus this would've been better....

No concrete info as of yet, but I don't see why they would include it in one and not the other.

Mangold confirmed the Black and White version will be "available" when Logan hits Blu-Ray.

Quoting directly from the article:

"Mangold also confirmed the black and white version will be available when Logan hits Blu-ray the following week. This will just be the only opportunity to see it on a big screen".

I would have to think that it would be included in the 4K steel as well.

Probably. Just covering my bases. Thanks.

No prob. Clarified late yesterday that it will be included:

"In addition to nearly 90 minutes of original content, including deleted scenes and a behind-the-scenes documentary, the Blu-ray will also include Logan Noir, a black and white version of the film that gives the acclaimed story an all-new look."

For those that care, Best buy announced a Power Rangers exclusive steel book.

I'm one of those weirdos who doesn't like a steelbook blu ray. They're extremely susceptible to dents and scratches, that I end up always taking extra care when storing them. All of my steelbooks were purchased because regular versions of a film wasn't in stock. Gimme blue jewel cases and consistency any day.

Same here. I got a slick looking Batman Returns steelbook a couple years back; it was all black, so that made the scratches look even worse. :lol :monkey2

I've also noticed that they aren't good at staying shut after a while of usage.

Jeez, you guys throw these around or what ? I have tons of steelbooks and I handle them like all my other movies and they are all fine.

Glad to know I'm not alone. :lol

They chip and scratch just by looking at them. Are there steelbook insurance I could sign up for? :lol
