Excellent! I'll be picking up Ahsoka and Mandalorian S3.

Good news; Mandalorian S1 and S2 Blu Ray Steelbooks are getting rereleased in February along with these. The prices for those on secondary markets are ridiculous, so I'm very happy that they are getting reprinted.

They might be in the US, but here in the UK the original steelbook releases for Mando S1 and S2 were limited edition. I understand that the US and UK releases are slightly different. The UK releases have long sold out and are listed on eBay for over £100 each!

I am enjoying the thought of the flippers now reluctantly lowering their asking prices come February.

Old new but I was looking at the D+ Starcwars shows that were coming out and decided to get Ahsoka. The good outweighs the bad IMO

I thought about ordering Mando Season 3 and then I remembered that Jack Black and Lizzo episode and said to myself “**** that” lol

I agree about that crap episode plus there were at least one or two more stinker episodes in S3 on top of that one with idiot Jack (those pirates ughh).

With that being said, it’s still a must own for me because of three very specific reasons.

Reason 1: It FINALLY gave me what I thought the clone words were in my head in 1977 after I heard Obi-Wan say those famous words, it drove my imagination more than anything else for a very long time when I was 10 years old. The clone wars was NOT what I saw opening night in AOTC with those goofy Jedi and clone troopers in the cgi desert of geonosis!

Reason 2: Viz’s death, epic for SW!

Reason 3: Great ending for Mando!

Honorable mention: Weathers last performance in Mando a show he loved.

Plus it dropped to $50 which is a miracle for greedy Disney lol

Thrilled to read this, especially the retention of grain. Do we know if T2 will be revisited in 4K by this team?

Wish they could've been this careful with Aliens and True Lies. As it stands, I'm sticking with my Blu-Rays for those.

I was going to join the anger from T1 fans about the waxy looking tree leaves but because they included the original mono track i’ve decided on not wasting my time on being upset over leaves that pass by in seconds.

Would I have loved getting a fresh 4K scan and less use of the AI processing monster removing and then digitally adding back grain, sure would’ve.

But thankfully the waxy items this time are super minimal and are relegated to background items like tree leaves, door knobs and phone cords, small stuff that pass by super fast.

No waxy cenobite stunt men to be found here lol

They listened to the fans about the original mono audio and for that alone I feel it’s worth the upgrade and me rewarding them with a purchase.
