.... instead of the Mos Vespa gang, had he recruited a gang of marauding Trandoshans on swoop-bikes I'd have 100% been down down DOWN WITH THAT. That would have been ****ing awesome.

The Fett I know would have spat on a bunch of childish, thieving street trash like that.

We are three episodes into a 7-ep. series and my forgiveness has reached the end of its tether.

TM is going to be Hulk. 🤭

It looks like the major issues I had with the last episode are shared by many others here. Those teenagers with their futuristic dirt bikes. . .WTF? And not only that, they had that horrible, MST3K-styled chase scene, and for what? To catch up to the craven advisor guy who simply tells them who the mayor is working for. He ran away and nearly killed himself just to avoid telling them that? Certainly, Boba Fett couldn't have returned to the municipal office building the next day and then kept the guy from running off.

I thought the Rancor was a pretty cool addition. . .and then we find out Boba Fett wants to ride him around. . .

And once again, Boba Fett does nothing to demonstrate any credibility to his being a bad-ass. Dark Wookie attacks him in his bed essentially, like a true coward, with the intention of murdering the guy. As Khev says, the children help capture him, but then he just lets him go. Guy from News Radio tells Boba teens are stealing his water, Boba decides to let them join his crew based on no knowledge of their skills or motivation, and seemingly encourages thievery if the market prices are too high. Townspeople and other criminals in the area must be shaking in their boots.

And I was also wondering how that bad-ass sandperson and an entire colony of others couldn't help fend off the guys that Boba Fett single handedly destroyed in a bar all by his lonesome.

Just not a very good episode in many ways.

Boba is going to ride the rancor to Major McCheese's house.

Sad how I hated SW and was bitter towards the Mandalorian before I seen it. Watched it finally and was in awe about it. Then on the train again and how awesome this show would be. The possibility of flashbacks to OT days excited me even more.

But we get this travesty. That biker gang alone is one of the dumbest SW inclusions ever. Once I seen those pictures, I knew I couldn't subject myself to the entire episode. The first two are already disappointing enough.

But I had to see the Blackacca fight and wow, that was bad. Someone on YT had a clip of it. I hate it when an overpowered creature could choke the life out of it's victim, but just tosses it around. Then when the Gam Guards appear, he decides to run 20 feet, both just standing there, and tackles them into the descending stairs. WTF is going on with the logic here?

TM's last conversation with the Hutts was so bizarre.

"I'll make a truce with you but only if you leave Tatooine."

"Don't bother, we were going to leave anyway because for some reason Hutts are intimidated by Pikes."

"Here, take this Wookiee back as a bribe to leave my lands and claim to Tatooine."

"We don't want the Wookiee but we literally just said that we were leaving regardless."

*Girl Hutt to her brother* "Is he deaf?"

"I don't know, but this is ridiculous, I feel stupider for even coming here to have this conversation, let's just go."

I wouldn’t be shocked to see those story group female writers charging into battle with Pablo Hidalgo leading the charge all while wearing Fett in undies t-shirts.

Like i’m not kidding they will be in there as cameos in some lame costumes i’m talking kitchen sink here lol

It was all really framed as a convoluted conversation I think meant to throw us the audience off just to keep the real baddie secret.

It was rather pointless.

No shortage of callbacks...

Yep I picked up on that as well even though it was kind of strange to remind everyone that this Fett is supposedly an extension of the guy who beat that animal and even chastised Luke just for feeding it. Whereas now he's all "there, that's the spot isn't it boy, Machete feed him the fattened Ronto!"

I bet Fennec is the mvp of that battle.
Or she dies, Fett’s fault :horror
Or she kills Fett, takes & alters his armor, shows up in Mando Season 3 as a rogue Mandalorian, defeats Din Djarin in battle to obtain the Darksaber and then heads off to Mandalore to claim the throne. Her plan almost works, but Koska meets her and on reflex flips/body slams her and her helmet rolls off, exposing the charade.

I read the description of the episode, and when I read that, I was just thinking WTF is going on with the writing? Is Favreau really writing this garbage? Hutts in my mind are ruthless and would do anything to gain power. Seemed like they were just a red herring to the next big bad, if rumors are true, that really isn't much of a big bad to me.

Yep they were literally like "Tatooine sucks anyway we don't want it anymore, you guys can have it" after ruling it for however many centuries.

The bike kids gang unmask her, and she says, " And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for you meddling kids! "
