The Clown Prince of Crime
Super Freak
I find it hilarious that Luke keeps a miniature lightsaber in a box.
Which makes one wonder - why tf is everyone just walking around in the desert? Fennec with a prisoner, Cobb hiding behind some moisture vaporators to bust a drug deal, Cad in excellent shape walking miles in a hot desert with no sweat off his back. Western for Western sake.I'd prefer him to die too quick... than to turn heroic underdog ally friend pal.
Fett: Thank you.
Bane: No need. *turns and walks away into the desert heat... raises a T2 thumbs up for Boba*
When you consider that the two suns would most likely vapourise and destroy all life on that planet, best just to accept that they are content walking in the desert.Which makes one wonder - why tf is everyone just walking around in the desert? I wonder if the backpack straps are meant to match Grogu's colour?
Member when we actually did get a cold, ruthless, takes no "dank" Boba fett just a handfull of episodes prior to this show?

One episode left and you'll be free from your pain. How agonizing is this current show, that seeing this just about makes me tear up?
I wont be forgiving Filoni/Favreau/Rodriquez for this BULLS*** anytime soon.
Really? Thought at least one narrative had Bane offed by Fett

tbf is been like that since 1983Anything good with SW comes with more bad. Just the cruel way SW is nowadays.
I like my EU and it has been overwhelmingly good. But that was for various media besides live action.tbf is been like that since 1983
There's nothing "original" about Ahsoka, she's sort of Filoni's version of trope fan fiction. Inexplicably hooked up with a young Jedi who isn't exactly stable; spectacular athlete, brilliant strategist; has mildly annoying qualities but she's just endearing anyway; everyone luvs her; unfairly accused but deals with it with nobility, unkillable...and if only she had been around Anakin she could have saved himSo which is it then, give us more Skywalkers or give us more original characters? Pick one for crying out loud, lol.
This should be considered a plot hole since it was show in the Vader comics that Palpatine goon destroyed Yoda's lightsaber the next day after the rise of the empire. All I know is that seeing OT era Luke wielding Yoda's PT lightsaber did more to canonize those films for me than probably anything prior. Though it's hard not to chuckle imagining the extended version of that scene, lol.
"This is a lightsaber. It belonged to my former teacher, Master Yoda. He lost it when dueling Palpatine in the Senate Chamber. How did I come by it you ask? That...is a story for another time."
Filoni created her to be none of those things. His idea for TCW was to follow the stories of a completely original cast of characters but George looked at his pitch and told him to ditch everyone except the Twi'lek padawan and to link her to Anakin. There's nothing "original" about Ahsoka, she's sort of Filoni's version of trope fan fiction. shows up everywhere and now even friggin' Luke Skywalker looks to her for reassurance
She's the SW version of a lead female elf, like Peter Jackson needed to bend the world around, whether it makes any sense, or not. Dunno what it is with these grown men coming up with stuff like this. Give me Fennec, Cara, or Asaj Ventress any day. Even Leia was actually, yah know, believable. Except for the Mary Poppins stuff. But I'd never blame Leia for that *besmirchment*.
I really like how Luke took a lot of Yoda's sayings and made them his own ("You're trying too hard, don't try, just jump") but always with a compassion and softness seemingly different from prior Jedi Masters.Luke searched the galaxy just so he could put that monkey on his back again for old time's sake.
