Yep, that's right. all the updates (Names & FB) in the first few posts have been manually input by various people over the years to build the Feedback so peeps can get an idea of who they are gonna deal with.
Yeah, you could say it's a handful . The Commerce section has exploded recently so there's a lot of FB to add every week, but it's good that everyone knows if someone has Positive/Neutral or Negative ratings if they are going to deal with them.

I only started updating it recently, to help because it had become such a big job so how Jen managed it herself for about 2 years I will never know, she's awesome .

This FB seems like it's for the same item that was replaced by DK as you found it to be leaky after all, so it is the same transaction and you have already left FB for it.

No problem. It's actually given per transaction.
You left the FB for the original transaction and then a problem occured which the seller rectified by replacing the item, so it's all part of the same transaction.
Anyway, no harm done, I'm glad it was sorted for you
