There definitely are instances of Youtubers in the toy community getting leaks or inside info. I don't really know any Hot Toys reviewers so I can't speak to their authenticity, but I've seen it before.

...But in this case it looks like people got hosed.

Oh okay. But has someone ever got inside info on actual Hot Toys before? Been collecting Hot Toys since 2010 but I've never heard of it, but on the other hand I don't watch Youtube people flashing their dolls, it's all fishing for likes and subs.

It all has to do with getting subs, I guess. It turns me off as well, when people are begging for subs. I strongly dislike it too, when reviewers tell collectors, especially new collectors, to get something cause the price will go up. These reviewers are straight up *******s. Review something, give your educated opnion on the piece, show people what it can and cannot do, let people decide wether they want it or not. Don't tell them what to buy. Don't be an *******. Justin is good that way. He just review (and tell you it is amazing). He doesn't tell you to buy it. Jedha and Man of 'ot collectibles does that all the time. It pisses me off.

HT can change their plans or release schedules at a moments notice. I honestly don't know why people bother to provide info when they get it if they are just branded liars when it doesn't pan out.

That DX20 will surely happen sooner or later. Why would they make a larger Bale figure to fit in with more recent releases if they weren't going to do the same with Joker? I just hope it's worth the wait and not another average Ledger sculpt.
