I much preferred Bane. For the first time in the trilogy, I was fearful for Batman's life. I had a hard time taking Loki seriously as much of a threat to our heroes.

And the sewer fight was more intense than the entire Avengers film.

But there's really no point in comparing. They are both comic book films, but VERY different ones. I love em' both, just Batman more.
