Allowing that horrid scene to remain in the film should be the lone reason TDKR gets punted out of the running for an Oscar. It was horrid then, it's even more horrid now. I'm surprised she didn't roll out of the truck, roll on her back, stick out her tongue and kick her feet straight up in the air. Any director worth their chair would've cut that out entirely and cut straight from them opening the door to her dead face.
