All I know is that I would never... ever want to get into a fight with Tom Hardy.

From his Empire interview, it sounds like Hardy wouldn't want to get into a fight with Bale ...

Q: Because that is the advantage of Bane as a villain [...] You get to beat him (Bale) up.

That is AWESOME. I've always applauded Bale for his acting intensity and his commitment to a role.. but to find out that he is a real badass on top it all off?

I think we've pretty much established that already. You are a Michael Bay fan after all. For me, I prefer subtler posters, not ____ my pants explosions. That's part of the reason why I disliked TDKR's marketing campaign. Other than the Bane Teaser poster, none of them really "wowed" me. They were onto something with the banners. Between the "Rise" campaign, and the international ones, I was really impressed. However, the issue lies in the "banners" part. Why did all of the good marketing have to be so "big"? A banner from a bus station is pretty impractical for a home theater. The actual one-sheets were just mediocre in comparison.

I love how it all comes back to enjoying dumb movies. .

I like my posters to give me a good feel of that movie. I will use some examples.

And this one, my favorite.

They get the tone right, and they let you know what the movie is about without even seeing any footage. Posters shouldn't be a biproduct of the film. It's cool, and it's fun to go "Oh yeah! That's the thing in the film!"

But I don't like it. Would you see that movie if that was the poster that was released?

I love posters as much as I love movies. Trailers, posters, and movies are all apart of my love on cinema.

This is my opinion, so if you don't like it, you can suck it. You can suck it hard.

It's just funny how people constantly shift their opinion of a person because they disagree.

Because I think Amazing Spider-Man isn't very good, I apparently don't like what other people like. Even though the best movies of the year for me are The Avengers, and The Dark Knight Rises. Two of the most hated films of the year. Right?

I don't just dislike those posters, I think they're kinda crap. Not just the size either, but the execution.
