You know what? Maybe this is just a ruse by Chris Nolan and Aaron Eckhart... so throughout TDKR we think it's Harvey back from the dead, but the twist is that it's actually Ra's al Ghul!!

Here me out... instead of being blown completely to hell in the monorail/microwave emitter blast... he was only blown HALF to hell!!
