That happened in TDK. Thought it was neat back then as well.

Yeah that's what I meant---didn't make sense in 2008 either. Looking at the Hot Toy's Bat-Pod, even if it did have the articulation at the necessary point to spin sideways like that, the fact that the handlebars are stationary (the rider is always in the static position relative to the ground---except when Batman does the wall flip in TDK---which also doesn't make sense for another reason) would get in the way of completing even one rotation.

Not to mention how bumpy each rotation would be when the headlight / cannon housing scrapes on the pavement--yet it always looks too smooth in the scenes.

CGI!! :panic:

Favorite part of the clip was either Catwoman chatting with Bane in his lair ("don't be shy") and the brief glimpses of the court scene.

Great stuff.

Eh, as soon as he started that crap I didn't buy it for a second. I called BS immediately. The dude's an actor.

Awesome footage though. I love the Beginsesque scene of him dropping down on a merc after the Catwoman bit. Lots of great Batman moments in there.

Still, that's like a myth or folklore to me. You always hear about his rage, but Christian Bale shedding tears is the equivalent of finding Big Foot, Nessy, or a Unicorn. :lecture

I'm willing to give Bale the benefit of the doubt that he was showing honest emotion tonight. Sure, on one hand, professional actors are supposed to be able to visibly emote almost at will...but on the other hand---for that very reason---it's an unfair handicap to dismiss their human expression as just another role they are playing.

WOAH! I thought her ass was the back to a seat or somthing at first. :lol

The stuntwoman has a nice ass. They should've given her the role. :exactly:

Im going to quote you just because that Might be Anne Hathaway, :lecture
you dont need a stunt double just for a standing pose like that, :lecture
we already saw pics of Anne in the bike,
so i think Im sure that picture that butt belongs to Hathaway,:yess:
i dont think they would use the stuntwoman for a scene like this since the bike is not moving :dunno
so yeah! :nana: :nana: :nana:

I am deliberately withholding myself from viewing Begins and TDK before that trilogy screening. It is really testing me, but I'm confident that on July 19th, when ass touches seat, and I immerse myself in 3 awesome Batman movies, that it will all be worth it. Now, here's hoping that all 3 are in IMAX.

Nah, there's pyro involved in that scene, I have 2 working eyes and Hathaway has all the womanly curves of a wooden plank. That's the stunt woman.

Easily the best trailer, the music, the amount of action and scale all shine here. Why'd they save this for the hipster yuppies at what use to be MTV?

Didnt even know this crap was on. I stopped watching MTV awards after a twilight villain beat the joker for best villain. Only tween girls vote for those things.

The new trailer is just epic! Bane is just terrifying, really cant wait for the movie! :yess:
