We can throw ____ at our computer screens? Whoever breaks their screen first wins.

____, I think I've won. I have pieces of the screen in my knuckles. I can barely make out what I'm typing now. :(

Bane's disguise is no more bothersome than an unnoticed nurse in a major hospital wearing clown-makeup ... or a painted-up scarred dude standing on a street corner waiting for his ride.

It's the weirdo factor. A painted-up scarred dude standing on a street corner is pretty high on the weirdo factor, but there's nothing to suggest that he was unnoticed...we don't even know he was on the corner for long. Even if he was there for a few minutes, and random Gothamites noticed him, what would they do? Stand around, stare and point? (yeah, let's provoke the weirdo) Call the cops? (he didn't do anything illegal yet)

How he got into the hospital unnoticed is a little harder to accept, since it's not a public street, it was surrounded by cops, and doctors, nurses and other staff who would instantly recognize someone who doesn't work there (especially in clown makeup). The only factor that kind of helps explain Joker slipping in to such a tightly controlled/secure building is that it wasn't *that* secure at the time---it was chaos because of the bomb threat evacuation. Someone probably did see him, and for a second thought "wtf?" and then decided their time would be better spent getting the heck out of dodge than staying to investigate.

Cops would've been called right away, unless the start of TDK is Halloween day in Gotham. :lol

Years ago I was waiting for a light to turn green and a car pulled up next to me. Naturally I turned to look and it was a clown driving the car and the ____er waved to me. I think I even pooped my pants a little.

The hospital is an even weirder situation. At the beginning, the Joker was nobody. In the hospital ... everybody knew about the psycho in clown makeup that was killing people, taking hostages, and making demands.

No way they'd overlook the nurse in clown makeup and just continue their evacuation.

He had a red wig on and a hospital mask. Not saying it's probable but definitely possible especially with all the chaos in the hospital.

"911 dispatch please state your emergency."

"Well, there's a scarred guy in clown makeup, holding a mask and a duffel bag standing on a street corner."

"Has he hurt anyone, threatened anyone,....jaywalked? Done anything illegal at all?"

"Well no, but c'mon...it's not Halloween, and he just looks so damn weird."

"Well, why didn't you say so? We'll send a squad car right away." :panic: :panic:
