Hello everyone I have a problem with my 2 of 3 do not fit well in the pedestal to you?

Mine fit perfectly. Check to make sure there aren't any obstructions inside the hole at the bottom of the head. Also, check that there isn't too much paint built up on the stands - you may need to do some light sanding to correct that problem. Barring that, you could always ask Sideshow and see if they'll replace your set for you.
