Yeah, I think that would be a bigger crowd pleaser than a CG Christopher Reeve or Lynda Carter. Arnold Freeze would be the ultimate though, lol.If Bale makes his cameo this movie will then be huge.

You just made me think of something.Yeah, I think that would be a bigger crowd pleaser than a CG Christopher Reeve or Lynda Carter. Arnold Freeze would be the ultimate though, lol.
I'm not a huge fan of Keaton or his batman, but the online trailer looks awesome to me.
Miller looks great as his goofy self with some new pathos added, I like the look of Supergirl (why all the aggressive comments about her looks?) and what little I can gather about her backstory in this looks interesting, Zod being back is awesome (probably just a few minutes screen time, but still), Batfleck back... it looks great. And I'm not in it for the nostalgia of Keaton.
Also, Barry's motivation is spot on. Too bad they couldn't get the same actor to play his dad.
BTW, I've never read Flashpoint (or if I've read it I've forgotten), so this is all new to me.
Should have made Keaton into Batman Beyond.
[...] she even has Brie Larson's "flying face."

This movie and NWH are basically a joke to be laughed at in 10 years looking back... they are the modern equivalent of Abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein and Dracula, or more recently Alien vs Predator.
Can you think of any other seal-clapping moments for old people to drool over?
I can't imagine a more distracting, take-me-out-of-the-movie moment then these kinds of stunt-casted, nostalgi-buster movies.

Do yourself a favor and watch MoS, the BvS Ultimate Edition and ZSJL.Agreed! Admittedly I haven't watched either of the JL films (or BvS for that matter) but this one's looking like it'll pique my interest. I've watched both '89 and Returns and liked Keaton in his roles, and while I didn't grow up with those films I'll be interesting to see him return as well as the premise of the mingling of all these characters. While I do agree Superman himself should have been part of this I'm welcome to the idea of Supergirl's introduction, and I also do think she looks pretty cool.
MoS was solid in spite of a couple of odd choices. The other two were almost wholly forgettable for me. All I really remember is Batman Bat-murdering and something about sweater sniffing.Actually Zurdo, do yourself a real favor by only watching MoS, and completely skipping BvS and ZSJL.
Batman's murdered a few times in films (mainly Burton's) so it's nothing new, although shooting at a truck and blowing it to hell is a new one. My biggest hell-no from BvS is Superman saying "Nothing stays good in this world!" Like, WT actual F?!?! I get it was supposed to be an 'arc' and he comes back from the dead all reinvigorated and hopeful, but save that kind of stuff for when the Joker kills Lois or something.MoS was solid in spite of a couple of odd choices. Yeah, historically Batman has killed, so I wasn't shocked. Even when he crushed someone's head with a crate (I think that's what happened). The warehouse set-piece is actually a lot of fun, I'll give it that.Batman's murdered a few times in films (mainly Burton's) so it's nothing new, although shooting at a truck and blowing it to hell is a new one. Half the world was rejecting him. The other half thought he was a God.
