Thanks man! Yeah it does look small. Poor guy! However, I don't know that I could ever cover it up. It was my first. My mom took me when I was 16 and was an experience I'll never forget.

maybe incorporate it into a whole back piece :lol

Looks great bro!! :rock I am glad for you... now you don't have to go through anymore pain and it looks kickass :rock

I know what you mean about that area being tender. That's how it felt the whole time on my ribs. :lol :monkey4 But I was definitely like Jen- not one peep out of me. Although when I stood up after awhile I almost fell over and I was shaking pretty bad. :lol I would totally do it again. :lol

I am glad it's over. Bring on the itch!

i use neosporin works just fine

I think that is a big no no. That is what they used in the olden days. Are you Lonnie's age? :lol

Seriously, everywhere says to absolutely not use that.

That said some tattoo artists still recommend it from what I researched. So who knows? :dunno

i don't know i'm in my mid 30's - jerk :emperor i have a number of tattoos and have never had a problem with it, i'm not sure why they said to not use it, it's for open sores so i don't see how it can be bad for you but you have to do what is comfortable for you.......at least i don't rub sand on it anymore, that's what Jesus told me to do when we were walking the deserts. I think he was messing with me......:D

Seriously though, if you look it up it has been said to draw the ink out of the tattoo. But if it works for you then it can't be wrong.

So I think I am actually allergic to Lubriderm. It itches and causes bumps to appear all over. I am going to try some vasoline intensive care.

What type of lotion does everyone use. I just put some Lubriderm on and it burned like hell. :lol

That's what I used - unscented.

Sounds like you might be - DON'T USE Vasoline products - petroleum based. Try Curel - I think that's more water based.
