I had two Vipers though, I was older and wiser. I always thought the first series Joes all looked like English snobs. Like their ____ don't stink. Or they looked Cro Magnon.

well one good thing is that my brother and I both collect these figures. It was decided that he would collect the Joes and I would raise my mighty cobra army! got'em all except for the CCC. Been seriously contemplating buying multiple troopers and red ninjas. Love everyones pics and if i had a functioning camera my pics would be up. keep'em coming. COBRA!

I can convince myself he isn't all that bad because he was never really a convincing character in the cartoon . On the other hand, I cringe every time I take a look at Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow.

Would it have killed them to have fed those 2 a 1/6 scale sandwich? Perhaps a loaded pizza?

I had one Cobra trooper who was (stolen from my cousin) repeatedly reincarnated so he could die over and over and over.

Ditto! The closest I ever came to Army Biulding as a kid was two Emperors Royal Guards. To this day I think they look stupid if not paired up.

Same with Star Wars. I had one ____ing Stormtrooper too.

Now my wife asks why I buy 10+ repeats of generic baddies for the munchkins.

Out of the box I have to agree with you but with a little mojo I think he's great. Definitely one of my favorite headsculpts from SSC. In the tiny amount of face showing they packed in a lot of emotion!

I agree about that being a great head sculpt and paint job on CC. When the chrome dome version comes out, I wouldn't mind picking up an extra suit to put the hooded head on.

CC does require a little TLC, but it's worth it.

not a bad figure. a cape and gauntlet gloves would halp a lot. i like the addition of that gold cord.

I picked up a small spool of white cord at wal-mart and dyed it golden yellow.

I actually got an extra CC head ages ago just incase the chromedome version doesn't have the hooded too. I'm sure it will though but you never know.

Love this set up. I'm just missing Stalker, i gotta evaluate my POers and see if funds will be available if I flex pay it. Hopefully the Ex. will still be in stock. I'm thinking of just canceling the Shadow Predator. Stalker>Fury Predator.

This is my joes side too.

I had a ____ ton of preordered Superhero HTs and of course all of them are due to ship 4th Qtr. I made the difficult decision of cancelling them all in order to exclusively collect this line. For me it's the right move. Never been much of a DC or Marvel fan but defintately love the military/sci-fi genre. Might revisit my preorder for Cpt America and I'd be lying if I said I could pay for all my preorders and not feel guilty about it that close toChristmas.

Trying to track down my camera for decent quality pics to post.


Does anyone else find posing Flint in a non-dbag way difficult? Dunno what it is about him....only cool pose I like is him with his side arm.

The funny thing about Flint is he outranks Duke, but Duke has a higher position on the Joe team, suck it college boy!

Most Warrant Officers don't go to college......... The benefit to having W.O.s is that they bring enlisted experience to the Officer ranks and help bridge the gap between the enlisted guys and the Zeros.


And as any good officer should do he lets the Top Enlisted guy handle his business.
