Very nice! Did you getting a shipping notice or did it just arrived unannounced ? I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished products in hand - I've got both gunmen and two of those rifles coming!

Yeah, somehow I dropped the ball by not hounding this post, and lost out on 2 of the 3 characters.

Debating even getting Eli at this point...grrrrr

Maybe someone will have unexpected car trouble and need to sell me the other 2 sets :naughty:naughty

Likely , I will have the car trouble :rotfl

Hey Guys,

It seems there is still a little confusion going on here.

Rainman's first Lee Van Cleef figure was NOT "The Bad." He was Colonel Mortimer, from the movie For A Few Dollars More. Col. Mortimer was a bounty hunter, and has no relationship with the character from The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. It's the same actor playing two different roles, and it's confusing.

The first Clint Eastwood figure from Rainman should be called Manco (or Monco depending on who you ask) and not Blondie. Eastwood was playing the same character in all three dollar trilogy films, but he was called different names. The Rainman set carries a colt pistol, and has the arm brace, which means it is Eastwood as Manco from For A Few Dollars More. In The Good, The Bad & The Ugly, Clint carries a different pistol, and wears no arm brace IIRC.

So, if you have the first two figures, you have an awesome display for the Few Dollars More film. Rainman is now working on Angel Eyes (the Bad), and Tuco (the Ugly). I think we should all ask Rainman very nicely (beg if we have to) to release another Clint Eastwood as Blondie (the Good) after he is done with the other two figures. Don't worry if you missed the first two figures, you still have a chance to get all three figures from the other film.

I would also like to see an El Indio figure. This is the bad guy from For A Few Dollars More. If we could get El Indio and Blondie, it would complete the three main figures from both films, and be the most awesome display in figure history! So if Zuno can pass this along to Rainman, maybe we will see a set of figures made of pure awesome. :lol

Good summary of the details and I ESPECIALLY like the above part. Would love him to make a 'Good' version, for us that missed out.

Also, I completely agree. And El Indio figure would be awesome.

O.K. Friend.
I'll pass this along to Rainman...

Thanks,

It would be nice to have a set from the same film, yes :)
I wish one could pay deposits on these as apparently they sell out super fast when posted for sale. I may not have computer access when they post.

Maybe I should clone myself to be at work, and also sitting in front of the comp ;)

Either way, its great that these have happened !

Yeh, I think the Eastwood HS/clothing set sold out in UNDER one minute! Not surprising though.

Impressive, the clothes are even more impressive than in the pictures and the head is very well done.
I was avoid I will not custom this item. It´s perfect right now just as it was served.

I add to your side. It would be great to see the figure of the indio.

It would be awesome to see a 'Good' clint. Would have to be the bounty hunter costume that he wears for most of the film though.

I very much hope he does make the Good Bad and Ugly, Id love to get all three :), i've been kicking myself for missing out on the current Eastwood figure.

Watched a Fistful of Dollars last night. Next two in the trilogy will be watched on the weekend.................

I really want to see these two in hand but I still need to order my Van Cleef... hopefully Josh wraps up the paintup on Blondie soon.

Another Eastwood would have to be in his bounty hunter outfit which is completely different than the poncho one.

But I still think this version could count as an all inclusive version for all 3 films as well as a "good" Blondie version. Zuno indicated that Rainman considers this the "Good" version so I'm ok with that.

I dressed the hot toys body I had ready for Lee and I have put on it Lonnie´s version but now I´m painting rainman´s version and I will put on it ASAP.
I will post pictures soon.
;)

id love to see some pics posted from those who recieved thier set! i cant wait for my HS/clothing set!
