different strokes for each.

I missed out on the original blondie so a blondie version 2 is a must before he retreats from westerns... however if he decides to stay in westerns I would definitely like Harmonica and Frank

I'd definitely go for a Bounty Hunter Blondie.
Harmonica and Frank,
I'd go for the pair.

i'm guessing the bonus item is a spade. or a voice box that spews out the "you bastard blondie" curse tirade near the start of the film. both definitely ugly. unfortunately gonna have to let this one go. budget just can't stretch to the $700 right now, especially not with the GBP the way it is at the moment.
good luck fellas!

I can imagine those that missed blondie would want to see another one but I hope it's not for awhil. I do hope that someday those that missed can complete the collection. I surely would get another I'd it was a bounty hunter version but what I'm hoping he actually does do regardless of another blondie full figure is a simple hatless head sculp with the brown duster and rifle to complete the missing items from the outfit he wears from the war camp on...

I say make Bounty Hunter Blondie after Tuco then move on.

It's fantastic that Rainman and Zuno have asked for our suggestions, but I'm sure they have their own choices. Whatever characters Rainman feels passionate about he should make, I'm sure they will impress.

That's true Rainman should make whatever Rainman wants. I think a second blondie would be an improvement over the first but because the first is so near perfect I really hope it's a different outfit. Lots of people had a problem with the first's likeness but I think they are crazy because it's great. I'm sure the second would be better though. I do admit that the bad has a better likeness over the good though in my opinion and tuco's is also better. Even still no one has come close to matching rainman's Clint likeness his ceaftmanship and talent is seriously mind boggiling. It's almost a shame his work is not displayed in a museum somewhere!

Not to knock Rainman's work but I do agree that he has a better eye on detail with his Lee Van Clef sculpts both Mortimer and Angel Eyes are masterpieces. His clint Eastwood and Eli Wallach although currently the best looking ones out in the market still needs a bit of tweaking.

I'm sure a lot of us would definitely like to see Rainman work outside of Westerns. I do as well, but would still like to see Harmonica and Frank before he does so. After that I'm totally game for Alex D' Large, Bill Cutting, Daniel Plainview, Travis Bickle, Yojimbo/Sanjuro, Zatoichi, Tyler Durden [both pitt and norton], maybe even a private joker from Full Metal Jacket.

I'll have to see in hand, but from the pics so far, this Eli Wallach is his best portrait yet.

And it's a good film, but I have no interest at all in Once Upon a Time In the West figs.

You know, if we each list our wants over and over and over again and post pictures ad nauseum, maybe Rainman will give in. :duh

Unforgiven (eastwood and Freeman) and the outlaw. Those are great characters for me.

Wyatt, Morgan and Virgil Earp and of course Doc Hollyday from Tombstone.

The Pale Rider, Costner from dancing with wolves...

Errol Flyn (General Custer)

Gary Cooper from High noon and many others...
;)

Well, I don´t have much time for that reason I didn´t finish my 3 blondies yet but when all of them will be finished I will began with the outlaw.
I love that character.
;)

or if we keep knocking other people's ideas, maybe that will make room for our own wants :duh

You misunderstood him. In fact, a few of your wants are the same as Entropy's. I think he's simply saying that many people keep saying the same thing over and over again hoping that it might change the outcome. It was only a joke, and his earlier comment was right. Rainman will do what Rainman will do. I think Zuno's earlier "Thanks for the recommendations, guys" pretty much says to me that they don't need any more suggestions right now. There's enough of our wants already posted from a couple/few weeks ago to keep Rainman busy for quite some time.

:lecture

Exactly. This is not some contest that goes to the loudest, most repetitive person.

McCabe & Mrs. Miller... hmmmm, never seen that one. Putting it on the netflix list right now.

Of all the Westerns I have seen, probably my top 3 go as follows:
1. GBU
2. Unforgiven
3. Tombstone

4. Young Guns (it's a guilty pleasure of mine)

Once upon a time in the West is FANTASTIC though. I can't get over how evil Peter Fonda was. Loved all the closeups of his blue eyes.

I have to he honest in saying that despite the fact I love all of sergio's westerns Once Upon a Time in the West doesn't do much for me.

While budget and craftsmanship are clearly better than his earlier work and Peter Fonda and Charles Brosnan, while nobodies now and in the grand sheme of things, at that time were a lot bigger in starpower than Clint, the movie really lacks a certian originality, lacks ALOT of characterization It lacks the larger than life timeless and iconic characters created with the man with no name trillogy.

Clint is timeless rebel style, cool and chic, lee can cleef is impossibly cool and Eli Walsh and the guy that played Indio have such large, Rich characters. As does Colburn from Duck you sucker, a super underrated Sergio western if you ask me.

Harmonica and Frank are really not that cool nor memorable especially stacked in comparison against the Blondies, Mortimers, Tucos, Indios and Angel Eyes of the older films.

Fonda played a decent villan but still not memorable in the grand scheme of things.

The movie was a bit slow, anti climtic a he'll of a lot less fun and sure as hell managed to date itself quickly something that I don't think the good the bad and the ugly could EVER do.
