thanks guys. i practically tore apart everything to find it but it's just not there. bought it on ebay and it was listed as 100% new. apparently not. contacted the seller and he's willing to send me a white suit for replacement, which is from FOF.
 
I have not had any problems with fitting the mask, and the white tax/shirt (plus white dinner jacket and a black fly) should have come with this Enterbay Kato set.

my hair sculpt keeps popping out too. i thought something was wrong with the magnet, took it out but same problem. can see there is a tiny gap between the groove and the sideburns. frustrating.
 
Every Kato came with the white suit. It should be in the space under the stand, if it's not there someone has sold you an incomplete set.

I am not liking the I sound of this Rawkneehuang.... It does not sound like it is a "100% new" to me when it misses the white set of clothing, and when the mask and hair sculpt does not fit... You sure you bought an original, and not a copy/bootleg figure ?
 
can anyone please tell me if they received their kato without the white suit?

Uh oh, that doesn't sound good. Like the others stated that white suit tuxedo comes with every Kato. One way to tell if anything was tampered with is to check if the green hornet sticker/seal was broken on the side of the box. I wouldn't be happy accepting a white FOF replacement suit for your troubles, odds are the seller has or bought 1 of the custom FOF's off Ebay for 30 bucks.

Plus hearing your mask isn't fitting properly....not good. Should fit snug as a bug. If you can deal with these issues than keep the figure but that would drive me crazy, and assuming you paid a premium for the figure you deserve to get a legitimate 100% new Kato.

Keep us posted and please post the ebay sellers name for us for future reference.
 
i will snap a picture of the ill-fitting hair and post it here soon. i bought it 3 months ago, send a couple of emails back and forth to ask for a solution but it's always the same, with him telling me that the FOF suit is the only white suit that he has and when i asked him what happened to the original tux, all i get is silence. i am running out of patience with him.

and just to add, it's not that i can't accept it if the item has been opened before. i just don't buy the idea of it missing its parts, especially if the buyer is not informed of it at all.

So I think he should either send you a replacement or you should get your money back and return the item to him... AND make him pay the shipping because its clear the item DOESNT include what he has listed it as having
 
i did ask for a replacement but he asked me to pay my own shipping, which i think is ridiculous.

Also in the listing: "Returns: 7 day exchange, buyer pays return shipping" and "The item is Running Stock. If the seller cannot provide the item within 15 days after payment completed, 100% Refund will proceed."

1) When was this figure sent out from the seller (right away or did it take some time before it was actually sent) ?

2) Did you let him know right away (after you had recieved it) about the problems ?
 
3 months you had this figure? When did you discover the missing tuxedo and issues with the sculpt?

The seller advertised 2 outfits and even has pictures of the tuxedo outfit in the listing :lol

i got the figure a week after i paid for it, so shipping wasn't the problem. as usual, i opened it to check for everything, and realised that the suit was missing, so i informed him straight away. that was when he offered me the FOF suit, stating that it is the only similar suit that they have right now, and offered to send it to me free-of-charge! wtf! as though he was doing me a favour!

anyways, seeing that he has a new listing (100% NEW KATO) I asked him to give me the tux that he owes me, but no reply. that has been the consistent pattern so far.

the reason why i'm posting this now is i'm new to the site and wanted to know if anyone else has this same problem as me.

i discovered it right away. told him so right away but it's always "i offer you the similar white suit" and nothing else.


3 months you had this figure? When did you discover the missing tuxedo and issues with the sculpt?

Hold the "Super-Pissed" super power and report the problem to eBay with a case !
