I don't know if I've fully comprehended the situation here but if I have it seems pretty ridiculous that you've let this go on over three months now. I mean, it's bad that they didn't send you what they were advertised, sure, but I don't understand why or how you've let them run you around in circles for one month let alone three. That seems crazy.

After this long I think you don't really have a leg to stand on other than to appeal to the conscience of the seller, no? I will bet that you never get your missing parts, I'm going to go out on the line and throw that out there as my prediction...
 
Do not forget about the hair piece that keeps popping off and the Kato mask that will not fit !

Agreed. Seeing that he discovered the missing tux and issues with the sculpt and mask immediately, 3 months is an absurd amount of time to still be trying to get things straightened out.

I guess at this point he could try to open a dispute but there are no guarantees. Worse case scenario is that he keeps the figure and buys another Kato head off Ebay which are not impossible to find. The tux might be harder to find...
 
Hope this gets sorted. I hate seeing this kind of thing. Offering you the FOF White suit is not an acceptable offer. It's far from accurate even for the movie that it's based off of but it's awful quality too.Lost almost all the buttons on mine because they are applied sloppily. The Kato tux is so much better. This eBay seller sounds like a tool.
 
Im sorry but you are completely in the mercy of your seller... you have wasted a lot of time to sort things out
 
yeah it might be ridiculous to drag this on but i was giving him time to source a suit for me, not knowing that he was waiting for me to accept the FOF suit. lesson learnt: never be NICE to dishonest sellers.

i removed the magnet so it doesn't pop off. what can i do but live with it. looking at his reply, don't think anything will be done right? anyway, reason why i brought all this up is so that no one else gets suckered.

i agree. which is why i have decided to hold on to the item rather than ship it back to him for a refund. anyways, life goes on.

That blows, but like you said lesson learned. 30 days would be my ultimate maximum to give a seller a chance to get things sorted and corrected, after that it's on like Donkey Kong :D
 
I wish I bought this figure now, OSB had it up for £109. This would of looked great in a Detolf with my HT ETD figure & EB GoD. Hopefully I can pick him up later down the line when my PO's calm down a bit.
 
This is probably the most impressive figure I have seen for years. It really is that good. Find it. Buy it. Love it.

I am surprised you did not ask for a reasonable refund.... As you can see he has already listed a new Kato figure - probably with the tuxedo you could have gotten...

What do you have in mind as a feedback ? ...or are you not going to leave one ? I would say: Give him hell on the feedback at least !!!

after i saw his new listing i emailed him for an exchange which he refused. he claims he will ask Enterbay for a replacement, which i think will be another merry-go-round. if i were Enterbay i wouldn't be arsed as this seems to be a seller's fault.

oh another thing is i'm awaiting ebay's dispute department to get back to me before anything else. i've given up on this seller. bleeding hell.
