Not so, I think only about 3 of us liked the Yavin Luke... and Bespin Han is a generally disliked figure. Don't worry, on the freaks board we are equal opportunity dislikers

The costume on this is nice, but the likeness does appear to fall way short of what was displayed at SDCC, which I liked very much. But again, we are judging a piece just by the pictures of one collector. I want to see more pics.

I'm pretty happy with the PF Han I have. So I'll probably end up passing on this statue in the end.

I like it, the prototype at least. seems like the GG statues kinda suck.

I got the Boba fett. Love the pose, love the sculpt-the paintjob sucked ass. Tan jumpsuit? WTF? I like the prototype pictures of the armored obi-wan but we all agree the release sucked.

I love my PF Han but like the headsculpt on the prototype beter.

Since when? One is light grey one is a blueish grey. There's no tan on either.

I still think that the sculpt is nice, but would wholeheartedly agree that GG's paint is mostly sub-par. I have found it to be from a few elements (I think), their differing materials used and a more glossy finish.

The sculpts not bad really. Its not a bad piece but not something I'm gonna be buying either.

I really like my Bespin Han figure. And I think it's mostly the paint, but I can't get into their statues. I even cancelled Asajj & Dooku after seeing the pictures from Toy Fair.

The ESB is the more blue one, but even though the ROTJ looks grey it is more khaki, or tan...though it's an off shade. The GG statue is very tan, but the RTJ costume is tan.

It would be cool if GG made concept statues based on Ralph McQuarrie work.

It sure is. As is the C-3PO, Chewie w/ busted 3PO, and the Luke on Taun Taun. The Biker Scout was on that list for me too... until I got my PF


I don't collect GG the way I do SSC, but I do think they've done some great stuff.

Going by those pics, I like the head sculpt. Kinda brings out the smuggleresque quality in Hans character. Has a somewhat arrogant, smart arsed and a sarcastic expression. Something that was lacking in the 12inch Bespin Han.

Too bad that its just a statue and no fabric clothing!!
