Yup, we have one and its there. Its one of the oldest sections on the board. I'm giving Oz some crap mostly since he knows we have a thread for the movie to begin with.

I can't wait to see what type of collectibles come from this movie. The LOTR section has been slow lately so maybe this will revive it for us Tolkien collectors.

I wouldn't say that. It's been my favorite section for a long time. Its more like the shire or gondor. Mordor would be more like DC, Aliens/robots, or certain days in Marvel.

I forgot about 48p.

I have no idea what this means, but if the trailer was shot in 48p, looks good to me!

I read something about this, it might be totally false, but what I heard was the 3D version will be 48p, but the 2D will be converted to 24p.

I did notice the trailer felt cheap. It looked a little digital, and like a low budget epic.

But It might change in 3D. Which might be the only way i'll watch it if it's the case. I really loath anything that's not shot in 24p. It just doesn't look right. It has problems, but it makes the footage not look real. Which is what I want in a film.

I don't want a movie to look real. It's escapism for a reason.

But we'll see. I'll trust Jackson to be intelligent with his filmmaking. And if this changes 3D, I can be alright with it.

lol I didn't meant to say it was evil but I meant is the side of Sideshow I never go to, the side "one does not simply walk into" so for me it is because I never go there
