I don't know about that. If I see a more negative review I will post it and I'm sure there will be a few. I know some of the TORn staff that saw the movie had some issues with things. So its not all as positive as these reviews.

Its nice to see this getting off to a more overall positive start than AUJ. It does sound like purists are probably going to totally hate this movie.
 
I just finished reading The Hobbit for the ? time.

Thorin's death and burial is going to be tough to get through in part 3. As will Bilbo saying his goodbyes to the dwarves. :(

I'm at Barrels Out Of Bond myself. So I should finish hopefully before the movie comes out next week.

That part is going to be rough. I expect to cry like a girl. :lol

The thing is, is that all those reviewers are jammering on about it being a "step up" from the "lackluster" first one when I thought the first one was fantastic. Makes me wonder what I'll think of TDOS.
