Excuse me. Hold on. I was discussing the film. Don't blame this on me at all. I was discussing the WHY people are let down by these films, and WHY people see them as Star Wars Prequels Version 2. But for some reason, that got people angry, and then the discussion shifted towards me. By you. Actually.

So please. Come on. Take your bias' out of this and look at the facts.

And that's your opinion not fact. Now move on.

I don't disagree that there was probably more location work in The Lord of the Rings than The Hobbit. I think though that has as much to do with the stories than anything else.

I get that you don't like him, and there are lots of times when I disagree with him, but go back and read his posts and tell me what he did wrong. He was singled out, told to discuss the film or leave the thread, which is exactly what he had been doing the entire time he was here. He then proceeded to repeat what he had said earlier about the films, before he was targeted by a certain member, and now he's banned.

That's crazy. He made some very constructive observations between LotR and The Hobbit, and why many LotR fans are disappointed with it.

This place is becoming a dictatorship ffs.

Actually it was just ONE person (one critic) who sees them as SW prequels.

And since when don't you like to be the center of attention?

He's been in a lot of threads since he's been back. He likes to stir stuff up. That's just him. If he said anything he should've have, it's always pulled so there's no way of knowing. And one of this posts has been edited here.

Can't wait for this too! Got the soundtrack and it sounds kind of somber in my opinion with bits of action music thrown in to spice things up. I can definitely hear peter Jackson's fear of spiders as it is a heavy presence in disc one.

I just read what happened in here. What childish crap coming in here and doing that!

Anyway, If anyone follows The Hobbit on Facebook, they have pics up of one of the premieres overseas with a Smaug in front of the building that's pretty neat.
