I'm with you on this. I've seen some far out movies done by various Japanese and German filmakers, and I have to say most of them got some crazy bizarre minds. This is nothing new to me.

Exactly, there's some crazy stuff out there and i'm sure i've seen worse.

I'm assuming the Evil Doctor ran the first person in the chain's intestines through the next persons mouth and so on. So the first person eats.. and poops.. and it goes through the next persons mouth and butt (through the intestine) until it reaches the last person in the chain's butt and comes out.

I won't be watching this ^^^^ either. Ichi the Killer is about as demented as it gets for me, this is just too far out there.

couldn't agree more. and good call on Ichi... that's about the extent for me as well.

What's wrong with Ichi? I havnt seen it but have thought about buying it a couple times.
