I put an order in. Doubt I'll be able to keep it though unless I start getting into some money. I thought the arm band alternative was genius. Close enough you know what it is, but appropriate at the same time. The exclusive is a bit predictable and meh, but if it isn't going to cost anymore, than any extra freebies is good with me. A officer's hat would have been a nice touch though.

I don't think he was trying to be rude, just pointing out that the character isn't as important if you haven't followed the Captain America storyline. Cap is kind of like the moral center of the Marvel universe - he fought in WWII against the Nazis and the Red Skull worked for the Nazis and was Cap's main antagonist and has remained so to this day. As mentioned above he's the Joker to Cap's Batman.

I don't even care about what my crap is worth, as long as I don't lose money on it I am happy. Not like I sell a bunch of my stuff.
Yeah, it's nice to know something is worth a lot more than what you paid. But it's money. It comes and it goes.

production and manufacturing gripes may be validated by SSF (sideshow fiasco).
ordered the exclusive and there's only 50 left. those nazi characters seem to always be popular. hoping the final product looks as good.
This is what got me to pre-order it. The dagger idea is excellent

I had told myself long ago, even before they announced it, that I wasn't going to buy a Red Skull PF. This in light of the fact that the Red Skull is, in all likelihood, my favorite Marvel villain. Even when the teaser picture was posted, I wasn't won over.
But there's something about that stance, the sheer arrogance behind the savage grin, and the shiver-inducing nature of that black SS uniform. This statue is simply stunning.
If it came to choosing between this and, say, the Anakin PF, or even the Aragorn PF, I'd have to stick with the Skull.
And I love the exclusive. The Cube led indirectly to the Skull being able to return from the dead, allowing him to orchestrate the assassination of Steve Rogers (a.k.a. Captain America). Its overall presence in the Marvel U has always been linked to the Skull, and it deserves to be a part of the package.
