The Icepocalypse has begun! Barely started when I left for work and now there is a thin sheet of ice on the ground. Supposed to be two days of this then we'll be in the 60's next week. The next two days are going to suck though because I'm sure we're going to lose power and see a ton of wrecks because all the hillbillies with big trucks think that means they can drive like normal on the ice.

just make sure you bought 20 gallons of bottled water, 50 cans of soup, at least 10 bags of ice, a gross of candles, 3 cases of matches, 5 loaves of bread and minimum 18 boxes of poptarts and granola bars.... then you should survive!

We had a little early this morning and nothing since. It's supposed to start again this afternoon, then stop, then go on full blast tonight into tomorrow over here. It doesn't take much for us to lose power though so I'm sure it'll be out sometime tonight and back on in a couple days. I'd be perfectly happy sleeping through the entire thing because no internet is going to piss me off.

Icepocalypse was a bust. We had a little ice but it didn't last long. I didn't have to salt my driveway, and our power never even flickered. I'm sure a lot of people are pissed because they spent a lot of money emptying Walmart shelves. The same thing happened the last time we were supposed to have a huge snowstorm and got a couple inches of snow instead. At this point, I'm pretty sure Walmart has a deal with the weathermen to make everything seem like it's going to be worse than it is.

same crap happens here w/ hurricanes. weather men on tv get all armageddon and next thing you know, there's not a drop of gas or water in the whole town! so ridiculous!

yeah i'm stoked! my plan is to have 5 guns and make a vertical wall mount display for them. i already have solo's blaster and the samaritan i showed. plus this one (robocop's auto9) and the noisy cricket printed. going to start starlord's this week if i get some time. my buddy has a laser cutter so i'm going to have some metallic name plates cut and engraved w/ logos and such... should make for a killer display!

you'll love that samaritan! let me know when you get ready to start printing it... i have some additional files i made for my copy to make it look more screen accurate. i'll email them to you when you are ready to run yours if you want them.
