I ****ing love Lena Headey and think she should be in everything so I'm perfectly fine with her being Catwoman. Plus, if Affleck is still Batman, then I want Catwoman to be a little older too.

Gotta say: I could dig it. She's the right age, she's a pretty damn talented actress, and I think she could look damn good in a catsuit.

Man, I just finished watching the latest episode of Gotham I'm still in disbelief how that kid playing the Joker absolutely nailed it. He kinda looks like Nicholson, has Hamill's laugh and Ledger's voice. I wished this Joker was in the live action films!!

I need to catch up on Gotham. I haven't watched any of the episodes from this season yet.

I thought Season 1 was pretty weak, Season 2 is where everything picks up and the show got better ever since. It's no masterpiece, but it's leaps and bounds beyond the current live action offerings.

I almost stopped watching after season 1, but I'm glad I stuck with it because season 2 was much better. It was nice to see it finally start to find what kind of show it wanted to be--even with some of the bad bits. From what I've heard, season 3 has been really good too. The only thing that I absolutely cannot stand is ****ing Jada Pinkett as Fish. I've fast-forwarded through pretty much every scene she's been in.

Same here, I hate, hate HATE Fish. Her character is just obnoxious to watch. Thankfully, she's done for at this point, so bear with it.

I think my favorite characters are Bullock and Penguin, they both are just so fun to watch. I can't get behind Gordon, he seems to always have a stick up his ***. :lol

And yeah, Season 3 is really good.

Harvey is my favorite. Gordon is fine but he growls a lot and they keep repeating his responses to everything. Penguin grew on me because I didn't like him as much in the beginning. The show has made me adjust my expectations for some of the characters quite a bit--especially since I want to compare them to other versions--but I think it does a pretty good job with most of them. Jerome is a big favorite of mine too. It's nice to see that an actor get the character right--especially after the Letoker train wreck.

Wrong thread but first figure of 2017...

I almost bought that figure to go with my other Avengers, but now I think I'll wait to see what she looks like in Avengers Infinity War.

I have too much stuff preordered that's arriving this year. I'm going to have to either store or sell some stuff to make room. My Prime Batman Beyond statue is getting delivered today! :rock

:lol

I thought about seeing John Wick at the theater this weekend but passed after I remembered that 50 Shades of Gray was released too.

We rarely go anymore, but when we do I pretty much wait until the last week the film will be in the theater and see it during the week. I haven't seen a film in a theater with a crowd in years. Sometimes I get to preview them before they start showing them at the theater I used to work at in college

The last I was at one was for Deadpool, and before that was Days of Future Past. I just can't be bothered, especially when I can find it online for nothing.

The last one I saw in the theater and paid for was Rogue One. I got to preview Suicide Squad and BvS. Those three may have been the only films I saw in theaters in the last year.
