Fantastic stuff! I've heard of the custom JL maquettes before, who made these?

These are on eBay, but the prices are crazy. $800 for Aquaman and $500 for Catwoman

I see. Well, I'm glad they're so expensive because now I can convince myself I don't need them.

I'm really hoping DC will do something high end with JL/JLU. If I had to choose something that's quintessential DC, it will always be that show.

i'm really surprised no one has knocked them off yet... those would be a breeze to recast and the paint is so generic that a chinese sweat shop could pump them out by the thousands in a day!

General,

FYI, The standard issue Krypto set came with flocking (like fuzz on the statues) The artist proofs came without the fuzz. The ones you saw in the back are the APs. The good news is i would say they are a good 1/6th scale so they go very well with the big 1/6 animated maquettes.

I don't know why they rush out pieces of **** like Tuxedo Letoker, but these other figures are getting delayed again and again. It's getting to where I need to look at what my order list on Sideshow because I've forgotten what I have on preorder.
