That doesn't really qualify since he's got long hair all over. He's not one of these **** bags that shaves the sides of his head.

I'm pretty sure that guy is drowning in ***** when his hair is down. Though I would hope that he's getting ridiculed and mocked by the same women when he has his hair in a bun. The only thing that's going to make it go away is women refusing to **** guys that wear one.

That's Henry Cavill

Sideshow's shipping charges really piss me off. Shipping for 1/6 scale figure Drax was $22. Shipping for the 1/4 Black Canary PF is $30. I'm fine with the $30 for Black Canary since I thought it would be around $40, but I'm still pissed about the shipping for Drax.

Wasn't the standard rate like $10 a year ago? The new rate is going to eat into the coupon I'm going to use on Ripley.

They still do $10 shipping on certain figures. It sucks that the $20 coupons don't even cover shipping anymore most of the time.

I still have to figure out what I'm going to use that $50 coupon on.

Sometimes the booths are packed, but sometimes there are surprisingly few people at them. Last year I walked up to Mezco's booth with zero line and got a few exclusives immediately. Though it's pretty irritating to wait in line for 2 hours one day, then walk by the next and see no one there. :lol The main exceptions are Hasbro, Funko, and LEGO. Those are always packed and the lottery system they use sucks because you don't know if you'll be able to buy anything until after you've waited in line and hit a button that tells you if you're a winner or not. If you are, then you get a ticket to get into the booth to buy something that day only. If you're a big fat ****ing loser then you just wasted a few hours standing outside in line for nothing and have to decide if it's worth it to try again the next day.

Ridiculous. I don't know if there would ever be anything I would want that badly to spend that much time in line with the possibility of not getting anything. Screw that. The longest I have waited in line was 5 hours to meet Carrie Fisher and have her autograph a print for me. In hindsight, that was worth it.

At least when you're waiting to get something signed by a celebrity you know you'll get the signature. Waiting in line for hours and not getting picked just pisses me off and makes me not want to waste my time again.

I got my NECA exclusive TMNT set ordered today! Really excited for those!

They literally sold out in 45 seconds!

the shipping has gotten absurd. straight up scam. part of how they are ripping people off is w/ their weights. as in drax... they claim the weight is 5lbs. threw mine on the scale when it showed up... ( proof for you ss defenders of needing money :ohbfrank: )

well what do you know... 3 1/2 lbs. over charging by 1.5 lbs!! thats a 42.5% overcharge for those of you playing along!! but yeah... ss doesn't scam anyone. :slap

i'll only buy from them if forced to. w/ the amount of useless crap i buy... hope that $21 drax shipping is worth it to them!

Holy ****! That's a big difference.

Holy ****! That's a big difference.

yeah... and my box is soaking wet on one side from sitting in the down pour out on the porch... so i'm sure the weight is even less once its dried out!!

so another reason to avoid them as just shipping things in the brown shipper w/ no protection is a piss poor way to ship this expensive stuff with weather and with the delivery soccer players.

That's why I get everything shipped to work. I don't know what happens with the packages on their way there, but at least I know they aren't going to leave it outside or throw it at my porch.

I got NECA Raph being dropped off tomorrow at UPS store. I don't want them leaving it in the door, and it gets stolen.

I have some packages that have been shipped to my house rerouted to the UPS store. It's faster to go pick it up there than wait for them to get their **** together trying to get it to my work.
