The ones I have tend to peel off, since I customize my figures a lot so they tend to be removed often from their stands. Note what happens to the text when I remove the figures off the stands:

I had to use them for the oddest reason- guests tend to ask "who's this?" "who's that?". I think over the years I'm surprised people actually care.

Of course not- in your case, you should charge a fee since you could probably open a museum by now.

It'd be a horrible experience for people. I'd be standing there watching like a hawk shouting "Don't touch my things!" when anyone got to close to something.

Not sure how you're applying those markings, but would sandwiching them between two layers of topcoat (gloss-marking-flat) fix that, I wonder?

I have no idea lol. It's a one piece black vinyl that sticks onto the stand with the logo and lettering being embossed pieces. I've never heard from from the printer on applying anything to make it stick either.

Guess only time will tell but I don't think it will because vinyl really shouldn't peel... but not sure why you're getting it on yours? If you have your things in a harsh environment I can possibly peel, but I know you take care of your stuff so not sure why you're getting it.

The bulk of my collection is in my master bedroom so people don't see mine either. I do have isome stuff in my office work area where I do my customs and such. Those things do get funny looks from my friends though! The laugh and tell me that they had no idea I was in such a nerd!!

It would? Sweet! I use matte spray for painting heads, I have no idea there are other uses.

I do take super care of my stuff, but the vinyl seems to be super sensitive to movement- just sliding the shoes might scrape the text. Fortunately, it only happens to a small number of them of the 30 or so I currently have. Figures that I tend to customize a lot are the first to suffer, since they get taken off stands more often.

I was really excited when mine shipped and was really happy they didn't disappoint. I still want to order another regular one--I'd love to have an army of the little buggers.
