It’s an interpretation by Rick Baker so I’ll give it a free pass. If it was another Sideshow in-house artist then it would be bad.

I think it’s awesome that Rick Baker did something like this, but I’d rather have seen him just go ahead and do Two-Face instead of a Joker/Two-Face mash-up. A Killer Croc from him would be crazy too. I think it’s too monster-like for me for Joker, and the purple hue to skin really bugs me.

I dig the novelty of it being Baker’s take on Joker. It’s different, but it’s pretty cool. I kind of hope it’s successful enough to warrant revisiting because, like you said, I’d love to see his take on Two-Face or, hell, I would love to see what he could do with Mr. Freeze or Clayface.
