I will say though, that Justice League has virtually no noteworthy plot going for it so I'm not as offended by it as I am with BvS or SS. The story is beyond predictable- (bad guy wants to take over the world trough some McGuffin device, Batman scrambles to assemble a team to take him down, Superman comes back, heroes win, the end. There's little to be offended by because we've seen this story so many times before. Even the Power Rangers reboot movie, which essentially has the same story- had their own spin on the cliches. This does not.

If anything, it comes off as a bloody waste of time. Go watch it if it's free on TV, but I wouldn't bother with paying money to see it or getting toys because if DC put no effort into this, then why should I? :lol

This is me every Valentine's Day.

I ****ing hate this stupid ****ing holiday.

Card prices have gotten ridiculous. I used to get them for birthdays, Christmas, etc. but stopped because it's too much money to spend on something that just gets thrown away. I've gotten that way with flowers too. Now I get her something funny or goofy. I know a few people that have completely quit celebrating the "holiday"--they don't even acknowledge it. :lol

I'm probably dropping $20 on roses later, that's enough. It's such a racket.

Oh I mentioned I had a leak in my house the other day. It's going to run me $900. The scumbags that did it years ago who I believe were my cousins, didn't even finish sealing the ****ing roof. It's cheaper than I thought it would be, but I really didn't feel like dropping a nut like this when I just got my tax return. Ah well.

I still haven't called anyone about my leak. I need to get it done but am dreading what it will cost. You know I have a problem when I convert expenses into collectible currency. "I could get a 1:1 Big Chap head for the cost of fixing that leak and new water heater." :lol

It's just roses this year. I'm sick of spending like $8 for a ****ing card.

the cards are absurd!! they are like $8-10 for a stupid card now!! i watched last year as the card person walked down the aisle after xmas and took everything off the shelf and tossed into a trashbag! f'n joke

If I bother to get a card for anyone now, I just make one. I can't believe the greeting card industry is still going considering most people have access to the internet and a printer.

I really can't comprehend the price difference in them. Some may be 5$ or above and they're all the same size more or less. It's ****ing processed paper...

I'm thinking of doing that from now on instead of doing the usual "someone else did my homework for me and I took credit." Although me and my wife always write messages in their for each other. Although she tends to write short essays. :lol

Ugh. This week is taking forever.

Feels like that. I'm just glad tomorrow is it and I'm done for four days.

I'm really thinking about taking a couple days off. I need to figure out if I want to go to Vegas for a weekend or just stay home and recharge. Feels like work is kicking my *** lately, and I'm getting ready to hit that "**** it" stage where I stomp around yelling at everyone.

Me and the wife are toiling on our vacation fund in the summer since we just hit with this roof repair bill. I'll pass on a bunch of stuff between now and the summer as long as I can get the **** out of this city for a couple of days.

We had a blast last year and I half wasn't even looking forward to it.
