Avatar was horrible. It was a generic, predictable plot with generic characters. The only thing it had going for it was that it looked pretty. I watched it once and never again.

Never saw Avatar, and I never had any desire to do so. All those pathetic ****s that had "withdrawal" from the 3D Pandora should swallow a shotgun.

I saw it three times at the cinema with my sister. Effects and 3D wise it was not like anything I've seen before. It was deffo an experience.

But did you get massively depressed from not having all that 3Dness surrounding you? There were people legitimately depressed going back to reality

I shut Avatar off the first time I saw it. I just couldn't bring myself to finish it. Maybe one day I will, but not for a long time.

In the case of Geneshyte, I think everything was a case of bad fan fiction. I've said if before, I really hope Cameron buries the series when the rights revert back, and officially disown the 3 films or give the rights to Josh Friedman, who's the only guy who could do it justice. There's nowhere you can take the franchise anymore except for self-termination.

This would be a dream come true. I don't know if I trust Cameron to have anything to do with the franchise anymore.

It was ok. The Batgirl story was completely unnecessary and made Barbara a weaker character in my opinion. The actual Killing Joke story was done pretty well, but it definitely had issues. Plus, it ends in a way that I literally stared at the screen with my mouth open thinking "WTF?" -- and not in a good way.

The sex scene wasn't near as awkward as Barbara pining over him afterward. There's a whole phone conversation between them that made me cringe due to the way they portrayed Barbara.

I just remembered one thing that threw me off about Mask of the Phantasm. I'd forgotten that Dana Delaney did the voice of Andrea and my brain couldn't accept that it wasn't Lois Lane on the screen.

It's funny hearing those voices outside of the cartoon. I remember watching Wings at some point and my head popped up as soon as he started talking.

I thought the whole joke fell flat and Batman laughing was just bizarre. Their whole encounter felt awkward and I didn't like it.
