Read his book the guy is a proveable outright liar......videotaped a guy getting eaten alive by rats sent the video tape to the guy who ordered the hit ........10 years before video tapes existed back around 1971,if you break down alot of what this guy said,its clear he had an eye on a movie.....and a pretty crap one at that!

I have the interviews on dvd and have researched him. He is a killer, but nothing to the extent of what he says.

So? Just because the character is evil, doesn't mean he isn't compelling.

Didn't say that. Just that I know this film will make him out as some kind of antihero, which he wasn't. He was a mass murderer and when he was finally caught, the only person he felt remorse for was himself. Plus, he was not that compelling a figure.

Just from his interviews and documentaries. He was a typical greaseball scumbag that bragged about his murders. I have no problem with him killing other mobsters but when he boasts about shooting a guy in the head with a crossbow just to test it out. There's nothing fascinating there for me. That could have been anyone. I just don't find gangsters entertaining, in general.

Well, that's you then. I ____ing LOVE Casino and Goodfellas, and every character in that movie is incredibly interesting. Especially the more nasty ones. To be specific, Joe Pesci in both flicks.
Not familiar with this guy, or the main actor in this movie. Will probably not watch this movie.

This is a little before your time. Not saying that to belittle either. This guy needs to be wiped off the face of the earth. Hell people want Vick the QB of the Eagles put to death because of what he did to dogs. This guy is well deserving of a very public violent and viscous death. And as intimidating as he try's to come off in interviews I would be happy to be locked up with him for a bit.
