Confession: I totally caved. Placed an order for the Exclusive from my iPhone while on a plane on the tarmac of South Bend airport @ 1:07 PM.

The $279 price (a very VERY pleasant surprise for a change) made it a no-brainer.

So, I may have a hatless Indy head up for sale someday.

I would imagine that most retailers would do the 10% off... surprised by Alter Ego... espeically since the Nintendo items that went up yesterday are 10%.

If Adam does that, it will save me more than $50 (10% + no tax + less ship)...so I will be sorely tempted to get the Reg.

The PF itself? Of course! That was never in question. At the very least, I was planning on ordering the Regular from a retailer. The Sideshow price was the turning point for me, but I could live without the exclusive.

I'll NEVER display it with the extra head (unless I need a good laugh) so unless a feasible customizing opportunity arises I may ultimately part with the silly extra noggin. My hope, though, is that someone can conjure up an awesome 1/4 fedora that he can hold, ala the
much-more-thought-out 1/6 figure.

I hate that RE does that.

Anyway, Alter Ego is only 5% different on this preorder when usually they are 10% on all SSC items.

Wonder if its only for Indy or if there's a new trend.

I'd love to see SSC margin discounts get smaller if it meant that SSC direct prices went down, which Indy seems like a great deal at $280.
