I like that stuff they showed on the obi wan LSF, it was like a silicon type material for realistic skin.

That is intrinsic resin. Sadly the Obi Wan LSF will no longer have that. They used it on the Crete German Soldier PF. It appears the Christopher Reeve PF is using it. IMO Ledger's Joker is as legendary as Reeve's Superman so I think the same treatment should be used.

I have to agree with him. I doubt we will see another Joker casted in the Batman reboot for a little while because of him as well.

In today's day and age, Dark Knight's Joker is far more iconic and well known than Reeve's Superman. You would be fooling yourself to think otherwise.

Looks like a caricature version of HL as the Joker. I personally think only Trevor in the SS team that could do photorealistic sculpts.

Personally I think the Joker 2.0 with it's big eyes , stupid smirk and duck face looks more like a caricature of Heath Ledger other than this. However, I do agree with you that perhaps only Trevor Grove should sculpt real life people. He seems to nail the likeness of every actor most of the time!

Nah, statue releases have very little to do with the hot toys releases. they did the same thing with the comic versions...joker first, then poison ivy, then batman. i wish they would just release batman first.

Not really. They got proportions wrong, the cowl wrong, and yes, the scale. Not a disaster, but not something "hard" to top either.

Now , that EB 1/4 Bats, based on esthetics alone, would be.,

Yea, I just returned the QS001 for the Enterbay Bats. Hot Toys Bats just doesn’t do it for me, I think the eyes just really don’t do it for me.

Yea, I just returned the QS001 for the Enterbay Bats. Hot Toys Bats just doesn’t do it for me, I think the eyes just really don’t do it for me.

Yeah they are the wrong shape and size, only advantage the QS001 cowl has over the DX12 is that the eyes are deep set within the cowl, so in the right lighting you don't get to see them.

Not putting the boots all the way in? Yes, I did it. But it still looks a little off to me.

I just display it in BW Hong Kong scene all the time, quite far away from the EB bats.
