I use stands for all my figures, only Superman and Batman are currently not on stands, neither of which has ever fallen.

Dont need to,they dont have fragile accessories that easily breaks,it would be worse if it was Rambo,Pirates etc.Ive broken 2 bows of Rambo because they fell down,ive used stands on every figure ever since,dont trust them standing on their own.

Yeah Kurgan went a little wild and starting cutting off heads They are out to Josh for paint.

About the stands I just took 2 of the Hot Toys stands and swapped out the Sideshow stands. Not the whole stand, just to metal clip thing. They are shorter and work PERFECT for the hobbits.
