Stalkers spawn immediately after getting the card, confrontation is unavoidable. Although the Bloater doesn't spawn until after the Generator. If you get the card first you need to kill 2-3 Stalkers IIRC and when you start the generator you need to kill 2-3 Stalkers and the Bloater. If you start it and run to the card reader door the Bloater and Stalkers are in that hallway already so I assume that's where they spawn after the generator is on.

Be sure to have at least 2 Molotovs and maybe set a bomb to cut at least one Stalker out of the equation.

Wow, you should draw a sequel comic or something lol. Really awesome, I think you captured his eyes especially well, and stuff like his arm and hand positions really look natural. Just went back and saw your earlier drawing, that was great too.

Finished it about an hour ago. Best gaming experience ever. I'm stunned. This is the only game I think has ever actually lived up to the hype.

Give me a 1/6 Joel and Ellie right f'n now.

My favourite combo against clickers: use glass bottle to lure clickers together in one spot and Molotov cocktail them. You can take down 3-4 in one hit easy.

That's my favourite way to deal with clickers too! Sometimes, the explosion will even lure in clickers who weren't drawn in by the bottle sound and then fry them as well.

yeah i mean grab the card, go to the generator start it up then bolt to the door whilst you already have the card? or does the card only spawn once the generator starts?

That's how we did it actually. After we found the card first, tried the door and found it to be locked, we realized we had to turn the generator on. As soon as the power was up, we bolted to the door and managed to outrun the bloater and clicker down there.

Just finished this game and wow, what an awesome ride it has been! Seriously, this game has one of the best stories ever.

Man, you do NOT wanna get on Joel's bad side, huh? I thought he was pretty brutal interrogating those two guys on Ellie's whereabouts but when he shot Marlene in the head, I was like 'Woah, dude!'. Can't say I blame him tho. He is right. If he had let her live, she'd have come after them.

In a sense, he is a "bad" guy, for its his method/way, that is the only solution. Same way of thinking with some of the other characters in this game.
