We could get a time machine and the Bond girl could also be Salma... from "From Dusk 'Til Dawn." Salma-ception; everybody wins!

I wouldn't be impressed if a woman was cast as James Bond. James Bond is James Bond - one of the key natures of the character is his 'manliness', however quaint or backwards looking that idea may be. Saying that doesn't make me a sexist monster. Rebooting a franchise with female leads is OK as long as it doesn't go against the principle idea of the character(s) IMO. Female James Bond crosses that boundary.

Lesbian salma hayek for bond

She's from Mexico but that's even more progressive so win win

The loud progressives get progress
We get salma
Everyone wins

But there is no body positivism with the unattainable body standards Salma's body represents.

Sooo close :lol

I'm kind of curious, how would you guys react to a bi Bond or, even, a trans Bond girl? Nothing about Bond would really be changed, so much as something just being added to make him a bit more relatable to some individuals. I just wonder if it's the idea of changing something, in general, or just the jarring nature of a change like race swapping or gender bending, that people are more averse to.
Trans doesn't make any sense for Bond's context at all, but bisexual is a bit more coherent with the character, given how hedonistic Bond is.

Just remember that talk with Silva: "what makes you think this is my first time?".

Having said that, I've only read a couple of Fleming's books and I don't remember picking up anything particularly bisexual about Bond.

I guess I should rephrase that. The idea would allow for Trans representation in a film, while further exploring additional aspects of Bond's sexuality.

Are there any trans secret agents? Are there?

Also what actor or actress would you get?

Who could play it
Honest question

Sorry I'm not following, I think Bond's sexuality could be somehow explored, but I still can't fathom how a Trans factor would fit within the character.

I think it's a huge topic to and fit it into a Bond debate :lol

But if you mean just a Trans character in a bond movie, yeah why not, as long as it makes sense.

OMG!!!

They can just hire him to play a new bond again!!!!

Same actor/ different character

Mina was tasked to assemble the group of individuals who'd never work together and kept everything under control.
She let Mr Hyde to touch her boobs without hesitation knowing that it was for the greater good, FFS! :lol

While making a mere mortal woman from the novel into one bad ass vampire.
In the movie she fought and killed Dorian Gray, which was awesome.

I didn't know if it was a book or comic. Is the book good? I only know the movie.

I have no problem as long as they hire good or younger actresses. That's why the Ghostbusters sucks so much, they could have easily gotten better talent.
(the Ghostbusters crew aren't even that talented....... To be able to say they were hired for their amazing talents...

There are so many actresses they can choose from. Get Alice from resident evil to do this

It's like why is it ok for women to want hot actors for their movies, that's completely ok... Asking for shirtless chaning Tatum is COMPLETELY alright

But if a guy wants a hot girl for a movie he is a disgusting sexist monster.........

women, middle age women licking the screen while watching twilight is just completely accepted without being attacked for it lol

I don't care if they make James bond or Spiderman women just as long as salma hyek gets cast as bond

Equality................... of hotness right

Oh my......I'm just going to laugh at all of this. :lol

Yeah, the original Ghostbusters were a group of hotties. It would've been even hotter if Belushi would've lived to play his role.

I have to laugh again. :lol

Bond should be Bond and left alone. Leave him the way he was written.
