I caved and bought this figure. I was somewhat on the fence, but seeing the reviews and it appearing to be sold out everywhere except Sideshow, I decided to grab him.

Good decision. It's a distinct look from the Beskar version and also benefits tremendously from some of the extras added to the V2.

I love this OG Mando so much and the full Beskar is distinctive enough but also has so much extras.

So is the fat suit removal recommended only if you want dynamic posing? Not sure I want to pull my one apart when he arrives haha.

The only thing really restricted with the fat suit is the shoulder movement if you want him holding his rifle up at eye level. But otherwise you can pull off pretty much any other pose.

Cool, good to know. I generally don’t go with poses that are too dynamic so I’m glad to hear that.

Sometimes I feel like with this fig and the Beskar - maybe add a Mando Boba - with IG-11, I could just put a period on any more Mando figs.

Because I'd already have a definitive Mandalorian collection, tho small.

But that's probably not gonna happen. Bet next Mando release I won't be able to get out the credit card fast enough.

For me I think the two Mandos make sense because of the full package you get with it. Love effects and it?s awesome I can mix and match with the two figures and even my ESB Fetts with the flamethrower. I?ll be getting the Scout with bike since I?ve wanted a Scout Trooper forever.

Im a huge Fett fan but really wasn?t into his Mando look as much as his OT. I have two ESB (a regular and the PrePro) as well as 1/4 ROTJ so I think that?s enough. Id rather save the money and get Jango Fett.

LOL I have the Scout on PO but I really just want the bike for IG. Never sold a fig so the Scout might be the first...I liked Boba's vaguely desert/Arabic look. Plus the black IMO is badass.

TBH re the price tag, it was only SSC offering a long PO that let me get the Scout/bike. Think the bike will look amazing on display. But if they offer Mando/bike it's gonna be tough - I only want one bike...but then Season 2 had Scouts on bikes....

A lot of fun and some anxiety, shooting for the first time outside the comfort & safety of my home. Maybe because this figure is so damn playable compared to the other figures i have.

Just to add to what others have already said, I briefly thought about cancelling this figure when Mando v2 went up for order and I quickly jumped on it for the all the extra bits, the two different Baby Yoda's plus the hover pram, and even though I'm probably in the minority I prefer his beskar armor. But I decided to keep my Mando v1 order and am I ever glad I did. It's just such a great looking figure on the shelf, and together v1 and v2 will compliment each other well. I might even display v1 with v2 base plus Baby Yoda in the pram, and display v2 with v1 base.

I just pulled the trigger on this guy. He will be my first ever Star Wars HT (I primarily collect Marvel). I used a gift card from Christmas and am excited to get him in hand very soon!

I have a more Marvel than Star Wars but you will love this guy. Just think of it as Iron Man a long time ago in a galaxy far far away lol.

I also really like the Full Beskar. I?m a big Robocop 1987 fan so I love me some shiny metallic visor gunslinger haha. But also really like Boba Fett haha so the OG really harkens to Fetts tattered bounty Hunter armour.

Congrats - I am mostly Marvel too, so this Mando would have been my third SW (I have TFA Rey and Kylo).

But when Mando and IG-11 were ordered - I liked the Mythos idea, so picked up SSC's Obi-wan and the Jawa set.

I never wanted to slide down the slippery slope of SW collecting, but guess I gave in to the Dark Side thanx to the Mandalorian. But I don't think you will regret this figure - he's even better in hand than the excellent pictures.
