The New HT 1/6 Tony Stark don't look like robert downey jr?

Is it just me? the figure head sculpt doesn't look like robert downey jr.

I would say the last 2 prototypes revealed for Iron Man don't look great imo, but you know who it's suppose to be. Iron Man fans will love it no matter what and still buy, so it doesn't matter if the likeness is off compared to their previous sculpts.
