Just beat Veteran Mode. Alot easier then WAW. I thought the game was going to get harder half way thru, but way too simple.

I'm not condoning Pirating music, I'm just pointing out that it's not as bad for the Music industry as it is to the Games and Movie industry.
Some bands have no problem with it at all.

Radiohead actually offered their last album for free download from their site. I don't condone pirating games, but I don't see what the big deal is about modding the actual systems. I'd like to mod my 360 to put in a 500GB hard drive so I can put all of my music collection on it as well as most of my TV shows, but thanks to MS and their retarded hard drive design its almost impossible to do it and NOT get banned from LIVE.

I think you can do that as long as you use the right HD. The problem is 99% of people who mod is so they can play pirated or different region games.

On CNN

It's oh-so enticing: you find a copy of a brand new game like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on a pirate site and the temptation to download it is too strong.

Well, that temptation may have cost up to 1 million users of Microsoft's Xbox Live the ability to use that service. According to a report in InformationWeek, Microsoft has banned as many as a million players from Xbox Live for altering their consoles in order to play pirated versions of games
:rock :rock :rock

I've had the game and my new Elite console since yesterday and i havnt unpacked either yet :lol
:tap

Just received my Prestige Edition from Amazon... for the PS3!!! :banghead :banghead :banghead

I ordered the 360 version, and I just checked my order to be sure, so now I'm just waiting for Amazon Customer service to call and hope they still have one to exchange for it! :banghead :banghead :banghead

Well, this sucks! They are completely out of stock on the 360 version and can't do anything but refund my money. I ordered three months ago, long before they sold out, they screw up and send the wrong version, and all they can do is refund me! :banghead

I told them they probably just lost a customer because if I can't be assured of getting the products I order, then why order from them!

Get your money back, keep the NVG's and sell the rest. If they make any fuss, just tell them you mailed their crap back to them! :D

Just run out to Gamestop or something and pick up the game later today.

Hate to hear that Lonnie but I agree with Ill just get a refund and go out and buy you the regular edition.

Multiplayer for the PS3 is working fine now, but I just can't seem to be able to play this game online.
I think my eyesight is starting to fail on me. I just can't make out the enemy in time from the background and I'm just a sitting duck.
I never had this problem with Killzone 2 or COD 4 for that matter. :(

Still issues with Friend Invites?

Last week, I ordered two dolls for my niece's upcoming birthday. What I got was a *GIANT* case of cat food.

They overnighted the dolls, so it worked out, and said I can keep the cat food. I don't have a cat! :lol Luckily, I have friends that do.

What an awesome game! Loved every minute of the campaign.
How amazing was it that Price and Gaz returned! That said I was heartbroken for a second time when Ghost/Gaz was executed and then burned!!! Hightlight was the rapel with Price taking out the two guards below. Brutal!
So Ghost is Gaz then? Same voice and that, but I wasn't sure and have not heard much talk about it. You know you can rappel and take out the other guard along side Price!? It's awesome.

Gaz was killed in the first game.
Maybe Ghost was his twin brother?

Strike that
Ghost's real name is Sergeant Simon Riley

Sergeant Simon Riley (aka Ghost) is a British character in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 graphic novel comic series Modern Warfare 2: Ghost. He is a member of Task Force 141. He does not talk that much and is known as the "silent killer" in MacTavish's squad. He is seen wearing red sunglasses and a skull patterned balaclava

Alright, cool! Thanks for clearing it up. He was a cool character, but I didn't feel connected to him in the same way as characters on COD 4, Price soap etc.
