Now you can see why this is undoubtedly my favourite piece in my collection! Cant wait to actually display it once i've moved home...

My philosophy is like this...anyone can purchase any statue/bust/figure they want but its how you display it that truly sets it apart from all the others!

i purchased my second MKIII LSF a few weeks ago allbeit in damaged condition! Although its completely brand new with all original packaging, it had suffered the same dreaded fate as so many other Iron Man LSFs in the past and has a broken right arm. However, it does seem a simple fix and like i said, the rest of the piece is completely brand new and all the light up features work perfectly! With $170 refund due to a **** up in shipping plus being offered free shipping ontop i managed to bag this LSF for just under $750. Should arrive tomorow so will post pics up of how i get on with the big fix!!

I'm hoping the break is nice and clean...difficult to see from just the pics. Its arriving tomorrow so will have a better idea of how i'm gonna tackle it. Will update in the next few days

Hey Chan, thanks for your PM bro...yea there were a few posts in my display thread bud...I fixed a MKIII LSF towards the end of last year. I'd purchased it already knowing it had a broken arm as shown in the pics above but discovered a lot more wrong with it once the darn thing had been delivered to me the long and short of it was that after I had been totally refunded for it plus allowed to keep the statue for free due to its condition, I went on to repair the broken arm plus two broken legs and thus had to repaint the entire piece it took a whole month to complete but I totally enjoyed it...i actually sold it abt a month ago for a great price and the new owner couldn't be more happier here is the link bro

Funny cos I noticed this back in February when I actually hopped onto the WL myself. A friend of mine has always wanted the MKIII LSF so on his behalf, I thought I'd try my luck...still no conversion though
